I would describe this condo as fine. It's not great, not awful.
The good:
The location was great. Directly across the street from a private beach. There were luggage carts by all the elevators which made moving in easier. There were two pools, although we didn't use them, they looked nice. It came with beach service of two chairs and an umbrella, which was nice. The property management company was very responsive. When I had a question they answered quickly via text. Lots of beach toys, extra chairs, and boogie boards in the closet.
The price was good. So if you are looking for a good location for a lower budget, this is a good fit.
The not so good:
The walls of this condo were super thin. You could hear all the things happening with your neighbors.
The unit is just a bit outdated. Peeling paint and such. There were what I would assume television cables hanging out of the wall in the guest bedroom behind the door. Nothing dangerous, just looked odd. Same with the ceiling fan in the living room. It was just hanging down from the ceiling. Still worked, just looked odd. The kitchen is super small, which was fine if just one of us was cooking at a time, but it wasn't super well stocked. No containers for leftovers or simple things like salt, pepper or oil. Limited number of pots and pans. There is carpet in a lot of the condo, which just sort of always feel dirty with all the sand.
