Great location, right in the middle of all the action. Two spacious bedrooms and a comfortable living area, plus a view of the Baytowne stage. Things quieted down around 10 PM each night, and the rooms themselves were nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed the free trolley and golf passes. Overall, a great stay — We'd definitely come back.

Quick Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family trip. The beach is just a quick ride away and dining/entertainment steps away. We were able to watch the Pirate Night show and enjoy movie night all from our incredibly spacious balcony. We will definitely be booking this property in the future, but will bring a noise machine for the bedrooms since Rum Runners stays open later on the weekends.

Amazing and in the heart of the village. Overlooking the lawn, rock wall, and rum runners.

Plenty of room for family of 4. Kids loved being right by the village, pool, hot tub. Parking is easy as it gets. Clean, up todate , great kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay here again and again.

Nicely appointed, perfectly close to everything. Pool very nice, short easy walk. Many restaurants all around, no need to ever get in your car! The balcony was the main attraction. It’s huge and provides hours of people watching opportunities!

This condo is perfect! It is directly in the middle of Baytown in Sandestin. Everything is close.

We will definitely rent this unit again. Reasonably priced too. Our daughters yacht is in the marina and we were able to enjoy the emerald coast up close and personal. Thank you to the owners and all involved!

Beautifully decorated, yet comfortable and cozy! Stores, restaurants, pool and activities within steps! Kitchen outfitted perfectly and bathroom even included straightening iron!? Awesome!
