The view is was very nice. The condo is very worn…..lots of simple things that can be repaired - kitchen cabinet won’t close, bathroom cabinet doors tore up, master bedroom tv table tore up, paint in living room poor.

The view this unit offered from the seventh floor was amazing! It was gulf front and truly beautiful! We loved that you could open the windows and hear the gulf! We loved that the gulf view was from the living room and the main bedroom as well. The condo was and so comfortable with two bedrooms and two baths. We didn’t use the second bedroom, but it is so nice for people who do as it had two double beds. Both bedrooms were large and both bathrooms were large. The new flooring in the kitchen, living room, and hall bath was beautiful and updated! There was also a new toilet in the hall bath that was the taller style, which is very nice. When I say better than the pictures that is because they have added a big table on the balcony so we so enjoyed eating lunch out there, also the refrigerator and washer and dryer, and 1 toilet appeared to be brand new! The whole condo appears to be freshly painted and the walls, ceilings, and trim looked beautiful and fresh. I loved the thin, cool, white bedding as it was very white and clean! The king sized bed was very comfortable! Now, the living room furniture and main bedroom furniture is not very beachy and a little worn, but the leather sectional and recliner were super comfortable! Also, I like the idea of leather in a rental as it seems cleaner. The starter supplies they provide is so nice to get you started until you go to the store! We so enjoyed the tennis drills! I would have done fitness classes but they were often at the same time as the tennis drills. The pool for Tides was beautiful and pleasant temperature wise. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

If you book.this unit it should only be for the view. The unit itself is well worn with several annoyance issues. We could have called maintenance every day during our stay however chose not to. We have booked in.other lications with Vacasa and found this location to be slow in responses.

Spent our Fall Break at the Tops’l property for the 4th year in a row and we’re pleased with our stay there once again. The condo accommodations were really good, except for kitchen utensils which were haphazard at best and need some replacements asap. Staff, especially Jerry and Lori at the pool bar & grill are the best. The only concern that we have is for the future- we heard all units were purchased by a large resort management company and can see all the units becoming the same and losing those owner touches we appreciated with each different unit we have stayed in over the last 4 years. Will definitely keep this property in mind when we book for next year.

This room is worth the view 100%. Easy access to everything on property. The porch is huge and had a great view. Clean unit, welcoming feeling. The unit is older, some chipped furniture, but it seems like they are updating slowly. Bring your own cooking utensils if you plan to cook a lot, sparsely furnished for that. Bed is memory foam and a bit hard, just plan accordingly if you like a softer bed. Will stay here again on our next visit, already miss the beach!

For all the time we were here we had constant hissing sound from the front door And Maintenanace guy could not fix it Fixtures light switches fans 35 years old Dark fungus in the master shower Outdated rusted old washer and dryer Crockery in the kitchen very old and all the drawers with rust and ugly stains Utensils old and do not enjoy to cook in it Tons of old garbage and dust under the recliner took me 1 hour to partially clean Dirty carpet in living area Balcony furniture painted wooden pieces with no comfort at all I would not stay in this condo again and I asked Vacasa if we have any other choice and they were not helpful to find better place and we booked for 9 nights and really didn’t enjoy the condo at all We have stayed in other condos at Topsl and many other places and around the world but I was surprised to know that Vacasa doesn’t have any basic requirements to be met by the owner after talking to representative from Vacasa they just market and get their cut from the rent In such a great location and great resort furnishing and upkeep of the inside of condo was like Motel 6 Hope owners will understand and spend little amount of money to update the interior

We loved everything about this condo. Perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants, great ocean view, and the Tops’l resort was amazing.
