Family trip

Nice area we have friends that have lived in sandestin for over 30 years so we are familiar with the area. Our condo was perfect, clean and lots of room for our group. We all felt comfortable. They are very touchy about the landscaping, it was pine needles covering the area and we were fined for not having the golf cart on the brick and no more than 2 cars in the driveway.

Awesome family trip

Awesome community , with great amenities all you can ask for a family vacation. Love the golf carts , the trip to beach was a little long but very enjoyable, lots to see. Definitely coming back next year .

Great Place

Perfect place for four couples. All four bedrooms has their own bathroom. I do not recommend going to the beach on the property. It’s very over crowded, there was literally over 8 rows of reserved umbrellas. We couldn’t even see the water for all the umbrellas.

Beautiful home!

The home was beautiful, very clean and had everything you could need......well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, etc. The golf carts were great. The back porch was peaceful and tranquil with the sound of the nearby fountain. The neighborhood was a great location close to the wharf.
