Very nice

Enjoyed our stay. Weather was fantastic and the place we stayed was clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer!! Highly recommended!!

Nice updated unit with view of the Gulf.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the property. Pros: Minutes walk to the beach with 2 pools along the way. Elevator was quick and I never waited long, a definite plus. Plenty of parking in the lot. Beach did not have too many people, especially in the morning. Room has been updated so it was not dated. Loved the shower with built in seating. Newer TVs allowed streaming from my phone Cons: No kitchen, only microwave and small fridge. No DVD. While you can rent DVDs and get 2 for free, our DVD player was not hookup correctly. We were also missing the TV remote without which, you cannot change the input source to the TV. Help provided after calling the front desk was not accurate. Sand on the floor. A vacuuming of the floors would help before new guest check-in. This was not the case as there was plenty of grittiness on the floor. Stained towels. The towels should really be replaced if they are permanently stained. Luckily, they provided plenty of towels for the unit. Walls are thin. Our new neighboring guest had a baby and we heard it crying a lot. Summary. Overall, happy with our stay and would come back again. Probably get a bigger unit that has a kitchen. Property should make sure that cleaning is better.

Nice updates, could use a few extras

We overall loved this space and would totally book again next year. The updates were done beautifully and overall, it was pretty clean. Things to note: THIS IS AN INDOOR CONJOINED ROOM! This is fine if you are sharing the room next door but if you aren’t, it can be a huge problem. There is an interior door connected the two separate rooms and the door connects to the other side’s living and kitchen space. This yields lots of loud tv, talking, music, and tons of potentially undesirable food smells at possibly undesirable times. Again, may not be an issue but also could be a huge inconvenience and make sleeping challenging. The bed was very firm- not a memory foam mattress which meant any movement of your partner’s sent ya bouncing or rolling towards em lol. The bedding is basically 2 sheets and one very very thin quilt. There is a ceiling fan and the air worked great. The back door is VERY challenging to close - you’ve got to really exert tons of force to get it to slam shut. Would be nice if there was a large area rug under the bed or a rug on each side of the bed to help w the icky sticky sand. Overall, a good room if you keep the quirks in mind…especially that conjoined room piece which is NOT ADVERTISED at all (which seems misleading to us).

Nice upgrades needs to be more soundproof

Very nicely remodeled studio. Loved the bathroom and kitchenette area. Furniture is a little beat up and the bed was very firm (not my preference). Major issue that might prevent us from staying there again is how much noise carries from the adjoining room. Many studios in Summitt now have soundproofed the adjoining room which makes for a much better stay.
