Spring break

The condo has plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers. The living room furniture is nice. and comfy. The kitchen has everything we needed . The best part was that the beach was not crowded even thought it was spring break.

Tops'l 701 Fun!

We enjoy our stay at the Summit 701. The room was very nice and clean. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the corner unit. The sunrise was exceptional and the balcony was very nice in the morning to warm up and start the day. The kids enjoyed their room and the resort amenities. We would highly recommend to any and all.

Very expensive because it was not in front of the beach

The condominium was nice, clean and spacious, only the bathroom needs more deep cleaning, the only thing I did not like is that the pools that are near the beach, the water was dirty, the water needs to be changed more often because there are a lot of people who uses that pool the one on the beach and there is also no hot tub 😞 . The condo that we got I think the price was very high because it was not in front of the beach, we had to walk a lot to get to the beach, I think they should give a cheaper price to those who are not on the beach. If you book at the summit area you will walk a lot.. I stayed at the 701 summit area

All around GREAT!

Our family had a great vacation. The condo was clean and very comfortable to stay in. We felt safe and secure staying here. Everyone was very friendly. The walk to the beach was super quick and easy. It was an all around great vacation! We will definitely be back! :)

Good location, the unit was a little short supplied

Really great location for a last minute booking. The furnishings were clean and modern. The unit was not well stocked like other vacation rental companies usually are-- no coffee filters, not a lot of plates, many kitchen accessories not there. There were a couple big live bugs in the unit... It is run by a rental agency and feels that way. Also we left the unit early due to a tropical storm and let the rental agency know and they did not reimburse us for the day we did not use.

Fabulous views, exceptional rental unit!

The unit was very clean when we arrived and it was exactly as advertised on the listing. The views were much better than we expected. The corner unit balcony provided a view of both the adjacent preserve and the distant shoreline.

Marvelous property in Sandestin Florida

Five of us stayed in this spacious two bedroom two bath. Our high-rise had its own pool and functioning hot tub and is located a short walk to the beach where we had access to the resort restaurant and two other pools. My daughters loved the variety of going from the beach, to the hot tub, to the pools, to the restaurant pools and then starting over. The resort is .75 miles away from grocery store, Starbucks, a wharf with tons of shopping and amusement for kids such as an arcade, bungee trampolines, rock wall, zip line, etc. The condominium had everything we needed including an updated kitchen and beautiful decor. We almost all of her meals at the condo because it was so convenient. We also spent a lot of time on the balcony which had a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico facing east towards Panama City.

Senior trip

We loved the condo, but the living room tv did now work with the cable. And pictures on the website was misleading we did not have a view of the pool or beach like it showed on the page.
