Amazing location

This was a perfect location and accommodations for my family. We had a quick and easy walk to the beach. The property also had a nice pool and ample parking. We had friends staying in nicer and larger properties, but their parking was horrible and they had to rent golf carts to get to the beach. This property doesn't allow golf cart parking, just for your reference. The only "con" was the view. We had a private little patio area, but it was facing a parking lot to an adjacent property.

For the price it was great

Just walk through the parking lot and across the street and down stairs and you are on the beach. Really quite close. Be sure to put the upstairs fan on reverse, close the upstairs bathroom door and leave the stairs door open to suck up the cool air from downstairs. That is the only way this room is sleepable when it is hot outside. Also ask them to bring in a fan and they will put it upstairs in the master bedroom.
