Clean & enjoyable

Cleanliness, pool, & location were great. This unit was great for our family. It is suitable for kids/families of all ages. Beach access is a short walk down then across the street. Our only con was that parking is very limited and accessing the building was confusing upon arrival.

Excellent pool

We really enjoyed the pool at the condo. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. Having two bathrooms was a plus! The balcony and location were great! We could walk to the beautiful beach, to several restaurants and shops.

Miramar and Destin! We picked a winner

Miramar and Destin!!! Best beaches for sure. The pool at Beach Resort is exceptional! Lots room to just chill. Our room was very nice, clean, and plenty of room for 4-6 people. We went to Morrison Springs. What a beautiful place.

Decent and clean place to stay

first off , this location is absolutely perfect ! It’s about a 4-5 min walk down the side walk and across the street to the most beautiful beach ! You can walk to some restaurants off the beach and to a neat little place called Kenny D’s . It’s a bar and grill literally one Set of condos over . They do karaoke night great place to bring the family and kids . the outside pool area is so nice ! biggest pool I’ve seen yet at a condo. If they would update the paint and colors to the exterior and chairs outside it would draw so much more people . The old brown and yellowish colors outside is so outdated . I didn’t like that at all… but the price of this condo and location sold it for us! The place was clean, and air conditioner worked well so I was very happy about that. The dryer was my biggest complaint . It took us 3 times in a row to fully dry the clothes . We talked to them and they offered to have our clothes dried at another place and pay for it , if we wanted bc they couldn’t get someone out soon enough to fix it . We didn’t want to go to a washeteria. So we dealt with drying clothes 3 times every time we needed to. The shampoo was empty in the shower and conditioner in master bathroom. And they only put 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom . We ended up having to buy shampoo conditioner and toilet paper which was ok but it stated it came stocked . The bed in master bed room is very soft, you will roll into each other .. I had backache .. it wasn’t fun… but it is normal for me if I don’t have a firm Mattress though so that’s not anything out of the ordinary :/ outside was so nice .. I noticed everyone from the condos spent alot of time outside . They have 2 pools that kind of connect with eachother and a hot tub … with pergolas over lounge chairs . It was so relaxing ! We loved it . I thought it was also neat they had a garbage shoot outside the door on our floor we could just Throw trash down in. this place provided us with 2 beach chairs and umbrella on a sectioned off place on the beach and it as so wonderful each day we went ! I also loved that the door to the condo automatically locks when you shut it ! There’s nothing to lock manually ! You just shut the door and that’s it! over all we would stay at this condo again , we were comfortable and felt very relaxed on vacation .. if they could get a better matress and fix the dryer that would make me give it a higher rating and just be the icing on the cake !
