Peace away from home

Everything was great. The home was clean and as described in the listing. The only downside was the limited amount of bath towels and wash cloths for our group of 10…we were washing constantly, but it wasn’t a biggie. The kids LOVED being able to ride the golf cart to the beach. We would DEFINITELY stay again.

Beautiful place misleading post

I’ll start by saying if you are considering this house read every inch of the listing. I’ve never felt the need to before renting this home but from now on when booking future homes on Vrbo I will definitely be going through the listing with a fine tooth comb. The post says W/golf cart and there is even a picture of the golf cart that says, Golf Cart! So I assumed like I have at every other location I’ve stayed at, that it came with the house. It’s my fault for not reading the, About this house section, where they tell you there is a 75 a day fee to rent it from them. Every house we’ve ever renting came with a free golf cart and we specifically rent one with a golf cart for my son who is autistic and can’t do a lot of activities and the one thing he loves is riding around on a golf cart. I would not have rented this place if I knew it didn’t come with one. We could have found a property that was just as nice for the same price that actually came with one for free. So just beware when renting. This is the first house we’ve stayed out in the area that we haven’t loved. The house itself was beautiful(the floors weren’t clean but almost every house the floors are never clean). The information in the portal was wrong and communication the first two days was horrible. Also we had people come in the house twice(that we know of)while we were out without telling us, which is the first time we’ve had that happen. I don’t think we’ll stay at a realjoy property again.
