Fantastic Stay!

Loved this property. Rented Wednesday-Monday. We were in town for my sister-in-law’s beach wedding that occurred on Saturday. My mother and father in law and other sister in law along with her husband and two teens stayed with my husband and I. Perfect amount of space for all of us. The location was amazing! Quick walk across the street to the beach, walking distance to several restaurants and easy drive for groceries. Highly recommend this rental property.

Great location and short walk to the private beach! House provided great amenities, especially the cookware (EVERYTHING we needed and excellent brand), better than usual. We will definitely stay again!

Christmas Vaca

Even though the weather was unseasonably cold, we had such a lovely week! The property was even better than anticipated. The house was spotless. The beach proximity, hot tub and gym were a highlight. Kathy was so good with correspondence. We would love to go back again!

Nice place

This was a nice house. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfy beds. The neighborhood felt safe. The house had a great layout. Only negative I can have, was the tree in the upstairs bedroom scrapes the window and the kids had trouble sleeping because of the noise. Overall, we had a nice time. Thank you.

Great location! Wonderful for family!

We had a wonderful time at this house located in a small gated community just across the street from the most beautiful white sand beach. Late October stay but had mostly good weather - Quick walk to the beach with chairs & umbrella set up included. Everyone loved the pool area too. Our family of 7 -(4 adults and 3 kids) - had lots of space. Loved that there were 2 king bedrooms! 3 large baths made it easy for everyone to get ready. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed if we wanted to have a meal without going out. Also have to mention how nice it was to have the balconies and porch area. Several great restaurants nearby - we especially loved Pompano Joe’s but our favorite was Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House. Very family friendly and awesome food. Checking in and out was easy and Kathy was a great host always there if I had a question. We made so many great memories we will definitely be back for another stay.

Very Nice House but not close to beach

The Flip Flop Inn was very comforatble and cute! Our group of 4 adults, babysitter and 3 children were great fit for the size and bedrooms. However, I chose this property over many others because the manager stated that it was very close to the pool and beach. With a group of adults or older children, it wouldn't be as much of a problem but with twin 4 year olds and a 7 month old it was tough! We rented chairs on the beach and only went 3 times in the week because it was such a long journey. We did visit the pool every day because it was a bit closer. The house is at least a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the pool. It is the 2nd to last house in the complex. We were thankful to have a pack n play provided so that we could save space and not bring ours but the sides folded in every time the baby touched the sides.

Absolutely No Hassle Stay

This was one of the best stays we’ve had. Everything was clean, well maintained and as described in the listing. No worries, no need to contact anyone for repairs or any other problems. Thank you for a great vacation.

Lovely week at the Flip Flop Inn!

Our family had so much fun staying in this sweet house that is a VERY short walk to one of our favorite beaches. It’s exactly as described and as it appears in the pictures—super cute and comfy. We had plenty of room to spread out and to enjoy some family time together. Communication with management was phenomenal. Quick, friendly responses to all our questions. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect however the condo needed some TLC and new furnishings. The pictures online are different on the inside than what it actually was when we arrived.
