Very nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is the ice maker did not work and the heating and air unit had trouble keeping up in the day. But, overall we loved our stay!

Best stay ever!

This is a beautiful large home in a lovely neighborhood. The beds are fabulous, the kitchen well equipped and in general the home is new and meticulously maintained! We enjoyed having our own pool. I do agree with a previous review that a second frig would be welcomed. Also, this home does not come with a beach setup. You need to order and rent it separately. I am not sure if this is common in this neighborhood. Overall, we loved our home and we hated to leave. We will look forward to renting this home next year!🌴🦀🐬🏖

Take me away!

This property was a nice property with a few issues. We had shower handle that was broken but maintenance came out and fixed and the let out sofa in upstairs living area didn’t let out, and smoker alarm was hanging from ceiling. That’s the only issue we had oh yeah and fridge didn’t make ice we had to buy ice. The property itself was very nice and better than what the listing pics provided. Definitely would recommend to others.

Bucket list trip

My family wanted one trip back to Destin as a group, since one of our group has a terminal diagnosis. This house fulfilled all our needs. It was roomy, clean and laid out beautifully for our group of 14 plus two dogs. Having our private pool helped to keep everyone entertained. The golf cart allowed some of us to go for coffee in the mornings. Some of the younger ones enjoyed a ping pong tournament. We all agreed that the mattresses were the best we ever slept on and would like to purchase one for our residences. With a group this size the second dishwasher and set of washer / dryer were greatly appreciated. A second refrigerator would have been nice. We used an auxiliary cooler for drinks. Even the pickiest of the family was impressed w/ our accommodations! Biggest complaint was lack of washcloths, only had 3 amongst 7 bathrooms. Thx for a wonderful trip. Please let me know the brand and type of mattresses!

We loved this spacious beautiful home. We had room for our grown children and their children. The kids had a bunk room and all of the grownups had their own bedroom and private bathroom. We loved the spacious kitchen living room area. The second floor living area was so nice to have a quiet place away from the chaos. It’s not a bad walk to the beach. We found that it was helpful to have a golf cart because we had 5 preschoolers. But I think you could have driven your car and dropped the crew and gear at Alvin’s, which is right across from the private beach access. I didn’t want to carry chairs and umbrellas so i rented from dolce de vida. Management was responsive for the one small iśsue but It was very quick and minor.

Great Family Vacation

The house was quite spacious, it fit five separate couples/families. We are pretty bougee about the sleep situation and the beds were very comfortable. There are some beach supplies in the garage closet to include at least two chairs, pool noodles and some beach boards. My only complaint about the house was the smoke alarm sounded anytime you put anything in the toaster or oven despite no smoke. We solved it by putting a shower cap over thr smoke detector while there otherwise cooking would have been unbearable all week! Be prapared to bring or buy all supplies - many other homes had salt and pepper and maybe somr leftover coffee filters but this one did not. Flat bottom filters will serve you well. All said we'd come back if we visited Destin again.

Great Home and Great Location

The house was in a great location and very spacious for our family. The property was clean and the heated pool was used often. The only complaint we had was one of the sinks in the upstairs bathroom wouldn't drain and the ice maker never worked. We let the host know but neither got fixed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Spot!

Perfect house for large group--not a bad bedroom in the place. Spacious kitchen/living area for entertaining. Bare essentials stocked in house as noted--helpful that we drove and were able to pack lots of essentials but still had to do multiple grocery store runs to get necessities such as hand soaps, etc... Quick and easy walk to the beach--had a blast here!

July 2021 vaca

This house was very clean and quite large.. lots of little get away places for each family member. Our kids and grandkids really enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. Very nice.

Great spot!

The whole process was seamless and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Property was clean and well kept, chose to rent a golf cart for our daily trips to the beach and that was a great choice as well, strongly recommend this property

Family Vacation

The family loved the house.! There was plenty of room for getting together or having your own quiet time. It was wonderful having the pool and hot tub for playing or relaxing in the evenings.

Take Me Away, really took me away!!! Great property for our large family. Absolutely beautiful amenities with a well-stocked kitchen. The only thing it needs is another refrigerator for all the extra food! Thank you so much for an amazing home away from home.

Wonderful for large family

There were ten of us including three children and we certainly had plenty of room in the house. The kitchen is a dream with high end appliances and even two dishwashers. Our beds were extremely comfortable! The children loved the pool and the televisions in each room. It was a short walk to the beach a d the location is convenient to stores and restaurants. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home. We all enjoyed our stay!
