Enjoyed our stay

My family enjoyed our stay! Pros : Very clean, spacious for our family of 4, comfortable beds, golf cart made getting around the area very convenient, plenty of pantry space for storage. We were happy to have Beach chairs and umbrella in condo to take to the beach. Cons: no door on bathroom in master bedroom, beach at the resort was super crowded, no hot tub at any of the 3 pools available to us.

The golf cart was an added bonus, which we used to drive around the resort! This is the best place we have stayed at while visiting Destin! Will definitely book again in the future!

Great condo!

Exactly as pictured. Our family really enjoyed our time there. The golf cart was great to have. It made getting to the beach and wharf easy and fun. We were unsure about the extra sleeping area, but our oldest daughter loved having her own space. Very clean. Communication from the host was great!

So clean

This place was immaculate and clean. Everything was as described the only thing that I would’ve liked different would have been some decorative pillows and throws in the living room area. To make it more cozy and homey. However, I do understand we are dealing with Covid and probably safer with less lines. Also extra pillows for bedroom . Overall was an awesome place, golf cart was new and worked perfectly. Close to beach

Sofa does not fold out 🤷🏽‍♀️with no TV in the second bedroom that sure would have been nice. And the twin bed in the closet? Why not just a fold out in the den? Disappointing. Office space is nice. Nothing much on the walls. Not very warm or inviting. Very generic.

The location to the beach was excellent (1 minute golf cart ride to the beach). Who does not want to drive a golf cart to the beach!!!!

Updated, Clean, Quiet and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful few days staying here. The check in process was super easy, and I immediately noticed how clean and open the unit was. We have 20 mo. old twins and the setup was perfect for them. The beds are also super comfortable. I highly recommend and I hope it will be available for us on future visits. My one recommendation (for visitors) is to bring a couple of blankets with you if you like having extra blankets around. There may be some, but I couldn’t find any. I can definitely understand they may not provide them because of the wash/dry time? Either way, there were a couple of times when I wished I had an extra blanket! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has recently been remodeled and it comes with everything you would expect at a rental property. It was exactly as you can see on the pictures. The unit is located on the ground floor which can be really convenient depending the age of the people on your party. Also, the vacation rental was spotless (although the patio may need some deep clean, but well... it was the patio).You have a short walk to the beach and the pool is within walking distance too. If you are not in the mood for walking the rental comes with golf cart that works perfectly. Actually we loved that it was a 6 seat golf cart so it would fit all our family and leave us some extra space for the beach chairs.Cons: there’s no door in the master bathroom (WHY?).Last but not least, communication with the management company was excellent and that's the reason why this the second time we booked our stay with them.To sum up, the condo met our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to a friend.
