Great location but......

While the location is fantastic we unfortunately ran across a few issues. First, the unit originally booked had a plumbing issue so the Sandestin Resort moved us to another unit but was notified by an off short support caller who couldn't answer any questions. The in person front desk support was much better but when we checked the unit we were moved to we saw the rate was much lower per night than the unit we originally booked. The front desk person said it was more expensive which seems doubtful. Secondly, the beds were rock hard. Thirdly, the parking in front of our unit was not available as other units parked 2 cars plus their golf carts so parking was kind of a mess. The resort is a fantastic place with plenty of activities and beautiful surroundings. The overall experience was unfortunately marred by these few issues.
