Being a smaller complex means your family will have more room at the beach and pool! No more worrying about getting up and out to the beach super early just to get a good seat. This is a quiet place to get some well deserved R&R on the beach. For all of those looking to shop till you drop, the famous Silver Sands Factory Outlet is close enough to see from the complex.

Great Stay!
We stay at Huntington by the Sea each year and love it - the location is wonderful and we love the small less busy building for families. Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up.

Convenient location, close to beach. Could not receive ESPN or local stations on TV. No washer/dryer. In fairness, it was not shown in listing, but 1st time I have seen one without in 25+years I have been visiting area. Mattresses were not comfortable.

Amazing!
We had a wonderful time! We had great communication with the owner. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We had access to the balcony from the living and master bedroom. Waking up to a view of the ocean every morning is a must for us on vacation and it was beautiful. It’s a smaller building so the beach and pool weren’t crowded at all. It’s more private and I would highly recommend this unit to families with kids. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer.
