Short walk to beach!

Location was great. Just a short walk to beautiful beach! I arrived late and was a little difficult to find unit due to being so late. This is a bottom floor unit so noise level from upstairs tenants was occasionally loud. I realize this is completely out of control from the property owner but thought worth mentioning.
