Moon Crush Weekend

We came to town for a three day music festival held on the Seascape grounds. The condo was very clean and plenty big for our needs. Wifi was good and all the furnishings were nice.It's also a quick 6-7 minute walk to the beach as well as a very short stroll to the Moon Crush venue. We will absolutely rent again when in the area.

Love the back porch view. Back porch has a wonderful view of the lake and sunset. Layout nicely done. Definitely would comeback but would suggest using new cleaning service.

Mold in upstairs bathroom

Renters beware. There is black mold all over the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. We closed the bathroom doors to reduce the spread of mold spores. We did not use this bathroom. Instead, everyone used the downstairs bathroom which was inconvenient. Overall, the property is beautiful and is in walking distance to the beach, but no one should be subjected to a health hazard in their rental which is why I gave the low rating. I would not rebook this property.
