「Apartamento no geral é bom, porém alguns pontos não me agradaram, como a limpeza ( tinha uns bichos na parede quando cheguei ), o fogão não é muito bom, e as camas são péssimas …. porém o apartamento fica de frente pra praia, a vista da sacada é bonita. 」

「The wi fi never worked. The property was clean , but had a smell of urine , probably some issue with the toilet. 」

「We have stated at this building for years when it was a hotel and now that it’s private residência we decided to book this apartment for the long weekend with my friend and my 11 month son. The space was clean, the room was a great layout with everything you could want to cook, make coffee and tea in the morning, and even an air fryer :) the bathroom was beautifully decorated and a good use of space. 「This is a luxury hotel and conference venue. The walk across the street to the beach (private and secured area for guests) makes it very comfortable and enjoyable. Food was very good, although the sushi bar was just okay. 」

Abriu várias vezes o portão, deu p.hig, limpou o chão do degelo da geladeira,etc. Só não gostei do check -in, tive que mostrar o pagamento feito, da fatura do cartão, já tinha pago tanto os 50%,quanto o restante pelo cartão. O pessoal da portaria nem tinha reservado um quarto para nós !」

「Localização boa; chuveiro bom; estado de conservação do imóvel ruim, dá uma péssima impressão qdo entramos no apartamento. O fato de não ter roupas de cama piora, pq vemos o real estado do colchão/capa de proteção. Pequenas melhorias, com baixo custo já ajudaria.」
