"So far the Prado has provided us with very good service. We stayed in this location many times when it was a Drury. The staff is friendly from check in to maintenance. The hotel is clean inside and out, and the parking lot has good lighting. The breakfast has multiple options for hot or cold. The evening meal options are varied and provide options for a quick bite or a light meal. We had an issue with our last stay, which was for a medical procedure, with the air unit and within a couple hours of reporting the problem it was fixed. "

"Check in was easy, the room looked as expected. I thought all was well until I took off my light colored socks which I had walked around the room in and they were, black on the bottom! YIKES!!!! Made me rethink how clean it really was. There was no “full breakfast” as advertised. Coffee and breakfast bar or small muffin only. I picked this hotel because it advertised a “full breakfast. Then there was trying to sleep! The road noise from outside was massive and the sound of bumping and knocking around the inside had me wondering if the walls were made from cardboard. Not much sleep!"

"The property is in relatively good condition overall. The entrance, bar, Lounge and eating area is huge and very well done. They have an amazing breakfast with cook to order omelette station and much more. In my opinion, the room and bedding could you use a slight upgrade(if this is considered a top tier property). The location is fantastic with The Renaissance and Township shopping/dining areas within a mile. "

"Hi Disappointed with overall service Unlike other AC hotels we stayed in, our room wasn’t done, despite requesting it to a housekeeper. We were told the room was only cleaned, towels & bed done if stay is “3 days or more”. Drinking water, tea & coffee were not restocked. The bathroom in the shower - the corner edges of the floor were not clean (edges dark brown in color & textured floor areas appeared brown ). The shower door had a crack, which can pose a safety hazard to guests. Complimentary SB coffee was good on Saturday but Sunday was watered down. No KORRES lotion in bathroom or shower cap. Thank you. "

"Rooms were nasty. One staff member was unprofessional. His attitude should’ve been my sign to cancel. Got there at check in and the room wasn’t ready at 3p. Run! Down the street!!"
