"We stayed in a pet friendly room. It smelled fresh and the room was clean. We had a standard King room and it was very roomy with a desk and a sofa. The lobby kind of smelled like curry and weed, but our room smelled fine. The parking lot was clean and well-lit. The hotel was far enough from the highway that it was very quiet and my husband and I both slept soundly all through the night. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. The breakfast was really good as well. I enjoyed the sausage and eggs as well as the waffles. Even the coffee was pretty good. I felt that it was a great value for the price point and I would stay again."

"Weed! Everywhere weed! The casino was dirty. Machines dirty. When I went to my room, it was reeking with weed. Bathroom floors were dirty. Pillows were awful. Left theroom. Came back later- weed! Called downstairs about the weed. They came and sprayed my room. But allllll night, I smelled weed. Woke up with a headache. Couldn’t sleep for the weed. The pictures on the web looked good. WAS NOT GOOD! Do not stay here unless you like filth. "

"The selections throughout the hotel were great. Even though hot food is available, it would be great to have a microwave to warm leftovers. The friendliness of the staff made my stay quite welcoming. I also enjoyed the on-site gym."

"This place is falling down. The balcony door was screwed shut, because it appeared the concrete balcony was falling off then building. The pool was cold and unkept, and the hot tub in pieces. Would not do this again. Its a shame Tunica was once so much fun."

"They are short-staffed and your room may not be ready on time.The shower fixture may come off and the maintenance person will track dirty boots in your shower and not wipe the dirt off your shower floor. The shower floor has been repeatedly painted and re-painted. There are nicks on the paint which reveals a grey color beneath. The shower was yucky so I showered with shower shoes. It needs to be replaced all the way. Not to be mean but there is a lady that work the front desk that has not teeth and does not have dentures. Perhaps she is not paid enough to afford them, nonetheless that is not good as the face of the company when you first approach the front counter. It took time to get fresh, clean towels. The power went out on this past Sunday for 3-4 hours due to a storm. I was surprised that they did not have a back-up generator. Unacceptable, this is not where you would want to stay in case of a severe weather. You will be sitting in the dark. My food spoiled after I was not able to keep it cold. I could not get my work done on my computer due to a dark room and not being able to use the wi-fi. This was a ghetto motel. It gives a false impression from the online pictures. Save your money and just go to Memphis altogether. What a waste of money. I would never stay at the hotel. Only good thing is they did not have bedbugs r roaches (to my knowledge). They bought a motel and slapped Radisson on it. Very, very misleading. The franchise owner needs to pay the workers more. "
