This property was located near the mall, as well as lots of restaurants. It was easy to find, as well. Older hotel, but it is kept clean & the staff was very accommodating. It was a very good price compared to other hotels nearby.

The first and most distressing issue was the extremely loud noise coming from the room’s ventilation or air conditioning system. The sound was constant and very loud—comparable to a truck engine running inside the room—making it absolutely impossible to sleep or even relax. We recorded the noise because it was so disruptive and unbearable. Additionally, the room was filled with an overpowering smell of cleaning chemicals, which was so strong that it triggered a severe allergic reaction for me. I could hardly breathe, and all of our clothes and personal belongings immediately absorbed the chemical smell, making them unpleasant to use. We stayed in the room for about six hours, during which we were unable to get even a minute of sleep. We both ended up with severe headaches and discomfort, and ultimately had to leave the room entirely, completely unrested and very frustrated.

Upon getting there we found we couldn’t stay and had to cancel and find another motel. I’ve got a bad knee and my son has MS. We can’t do stairs. There were no first floor rooms and no elevator. I thought I had booked a first floor room. To be honest the whole place looked “scuzy” and I was happy to find a very nice place (Comfort Inn) nearby

Room was spacious, clean and conveniently located for our travel. It was nice to have a thermostat to control the A/C at comfortable setting. I inadvertently left my phone charger in the room - when I called the next day - they had it in their lost & found and mailed it to me at my expense, which I was extremely grateful for!

All in all this motel was just okay. Staff were friendly. The property/rooms is in terrible need of updating. Rooms were straight out of the 90’s. Slight old musty smell when we first walked in. No shampoo, only one small bar of soap. TV was fine, but really small.

I needed a place to park my stuff while my car was being worked on. This was one of the cheaper places but still over $100. I'm retired & have to watch my pennies guess I want things to go back to pre-covid days which I know won't happen. We all expect clean & it was clean! I know good help is still in demand but it seems like their crew does a good job+. It is evident that they take pride in their work. It's off a main thoroughfare thru the city but I didn't seem to notice very much traffic noise. The AC works great and their is vinyl flooring which seems much cleaner than carpet. There could always be upgrades in furniture/bedding but again it was CLEAN. There were coffee & muffins in the morning (good coffee too!) but no other frills. All in all, given today's economy, a GOOD value for the price.

The hotel was in a convenient location that gave us easy access to shopping, hiking, dining and other activities. It wasn't a fancy place, but it was reasonably clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice.

I wish there was a small fridge in the room. I did ask if my cheese & deli turkey could be stored in the hotel's kitchen fridge & they accimmodated me. Otherwise the hotel was clean & quiet

The room is very old. We had 2 Queens. The box springs are broken, extremely stained with brown huge spots all over them, along the sides, with the bottom lining hanging off on both. Blankets, carpets, and furniture look original from the early 90s. The chairs were dirty and stained. Sketchy people hanging around the hotel. I was nervous my motorcycle would be stolen and gone in the morning, but it wasnt. Hair dryer kept overheating and shutting off, I couldnt use it.

It was clean. It was evident the property was being updated but essential things like new mattresses were not. We had to leave because my husband has bad reactions to certain smells - like cleaners. We left an hour after checking in. The management was very gracious to refund our money for the room.
