“I booked a 4 bdrm cottage and I showed up to check in and heard them give other guests a 4 bdrm when they'd booked a 2 bdrm. When I checked in they told me that I had booked a 2 bedroom and that they were out of 4 bedroom units. I showed them my phone that clearly showed my reservation for my family of 7 that was booked for a 4 bdrm. They told me they had none left. I asked them if we could get two 2 bdrm and switch to a 4 bdrm when one became available. They said they would have one available 2……
