She was very helpful big the issue was beyond her IT abilities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.」

「I don’t know if this hotel was actually open or not. It looked like it was either being demolished or renovated, it was hard to tell. There was a desk I assumed was for check in but after numerous attempts to check in & to find an employee without success I left and got a room at another hotel. I’m never going to pay in advance again!!!」

「The room was not clean . There was ants in both beds . Also the pool was extremely foggy also they say there is a spa, there is no spa. The location is also horrible. Its next to a suger mill . So it smells very bad . There is no elevator either only stairs . The breakfast was ok same as most hotels」
