"Had an issue with the valet parking. Young man who took our key fob went off shift without logging it in. I only knew there was an issue because I did not receive the valet text for payment and retrieval. It took about 45 minutes to resolve. Glad I did not need vehicle right away! Rest of experience was great! Super friendly staff in Hotel."

"The staff was fantastic! Parking was kind of a rip-off because to self park it was $35 or valet was $50. There wasn't a lot of choices where to park so we valet parked. The valets were awesome. Our room was relatively clean but the carpet was worn and stained in spots.overall it was comfortable, affordable and very centrally located"

"Very unique hotel and restaurant. A bit outside of downtown, but very walkable. The shuttle service to the Brewer's ball park was great. The rugs could use a shampoo. We really enjoyed the visit."

"This hotel is NOT conducive to occupants under 21 years of age. Parking forces you to walk through the casino floor to the hotel desk, or walk around the exterior of the building. The shuttle mentioned on the website as available for Brewers games is ONLY AVAILABLE to 21 and over. This was the reason my daughter & I stayed. We had to Uber to the field & back. The hotel made an otherwise AWESOME trip feel lesser than."
