「Ace Hotel! My family’s last day vacation in Paris, we booked your shuttle service through your hotel for 6:30 am on 18/04 to the airport and paid 6 euro each for my family of four (24 euro total) and we spent the night. On route, the shuttle driver asked us to pay more after we told him it’s T1 flight. This question was not asked at your hotel reception when I booked the shuttle. 「Location excellent for food and getting around Paris. The staff was particularly helpful with information, dining choices and local attractions. We were met by the manager upon checkin and welcomed to the property. I would absolutely return to this property. 」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「Really nice hotel，your can use the Metro to travel around the paris centre. Staffs are very nice. I will come here next time.」

「The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there.」

「It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is...
