“Ace Hotel! My family’s last day vacation in Paris, we booked your shuttle service through your hotel for 6:30 am on 18/04 to the airport and paid 6 euro each for my family of four (24 euro total) and we spent the night. On route, the shuttle driver asked us to pay more after we told him it’s T1 flight. This question was not asked at your hotel reception when I booked the shuttle. After not agreeing to pay more, the shuttle driver threw our luggage on the tarmac after arriving in T2. To be……

“Good business hotel. One of the tallest spot of Paris and the view is amazing even if it is not facing the Eiffel Tower.”

“Friendly staff, room was a bit smaller than expected but really clean. The fridge was a bit weak but A/C is very good especially during heatwave. Located 3 minute away from the Tulleries subway station makes it very convenient to get around the Paris area. The closest overpriced supermarket is around a 5 minute walk away.”

“Very convenient, clean and well equipped. Very helpful staffs. ”

“The room is clean and quiet. The staff are helpful and attentive. The taxi that hotel arranged to airport is very clean and comfy. It is a pleasant stay!”

“Wonderful stay. Small room but very clean and cozy. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is great. I would love to stay here again. ”

“The location is good to everywhere.. and the room was clean. The receptionists was nice too. I will come back to stay next time soon.”

“Good location. Great air conditioning during heatwave”

“The room is too small, and looks old. It cuts the bathroom to 3 separate tiny rooms, not convenient. The elevator can only load 1 person 1 luggage . ”
