“The staff was truly so warm, friendly and helpful. Our goal for our stay was to relax and fully unplug, and we did so. “Ni siquiera llegamos ha dormir,había una barrera con código al principio de la carretera y por mucho que les llamé y mandé correo nada,después me dicen que estaba a 4 kilómetros y no se podía acceder en coche,y eso que tenía parking privado,nos fuimos ha dormir a otro lado a última hora ya que estuvimos más de una hora intentando solucionarl lo de la barrera,encima me han llegado ha cobrar 4 veces una noche en la que ni dormimos,me devolvieron dos veces lo de una noche,las otras dos nadie se……

“My husband and 2 daughters stayed for 7 nights at the Gastof Eiserne Hand while visiting the area to ski and watch the Free Ride World Tour event. They had the most amazing hospitality from Markus and Micel and stated "it was the best place we have ever stayed". The beds were comfortable, the location beautiful, the breakfast delicous and the after dinner schnaps very much enjoyed.
