"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. Please take advantage of the late nights walks you can go on and enjoy each detail because it is what makes this place so special. Will for sure book again if I go back to Japan anytime soon. "The location is very convenient and staffs were very nice."

"Room was quite clean but some issues with the mini fridge being off and a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom which needed the exhaust fans to run 24/7 to remove it, but then the noise from doing that. The laundry is located on Floor 14 right near the smoking room, which was unfortunate. The breakfast was decent, but no real variation day to day."

"Room nice with full kitchen. Noticed dust in quite a few places though. Loved location with a ton of dining and shopping nearby. Short 5 min walk to train station and massive mall. Safe and quiet. Tv placement strange, I like to fall asleep with tv on and was unable to see from bed. Overall room was large for Japan and proved to be a great home base."

"We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"
