Avoid the trains from 0700-1030 unless you love crowds…next level crowds. Grocery store, McDonalds and other restaurants by the station. AC worked good. Plenty hot water. You hang your clothes to dry in the shower. There’s a panel on the wall by the washer to control that. The check-in directions show the front of the……

“北池袋交通很方便，走路三五分钟穿越一个铁路闸口就是地铁/铁路，我们后续的行程是去箱根，从这里去新宿站特别方便。附近有便利店，300米外有超市。 周围夜晚也很安静，清晨会看到一些早起遛狗的居民，很有生活的气息。 房子清洁度没问题，不过似乎只有洗衣机但没有配备洗衣粉？后来我们去便利店临时买了一个。 需要注意的地方是电梯里霉味确实挺大的，其他都很好。”

Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00. But you do get used to it. ”
