"Rooms are small, the bathroom in our suite was above grade so it's not accessible friendly. The AC adjuster knob felt more a suggestion of how cold it is rather then serve any function. Laundry was a wild west, someone tried to open my dryer and take out my clothes while I was standing there."

"Good hotel for travelling. Very good breakfast. Clean room with washing facilities. Location is close to Shinjuku station where you can go anywhere. Close to govermental building where you can go to 45th floor for Tokyo viewing."

"Great location, friendly staff. Room was nice and the amenities were great. Like the surrounding areas. Close to train stations. Excellent choices for breakfast. Will return to same hotel before leaving Japan. Lots of options for food in the area, few convenient stores ."
