“Hotel is beautiful. however I booked and paid in full months ago before arrival. We travelled very far to get there and arrived in the morning around 10am, we were told rooms are not ready, came back at 2:30pm rooms will be ready for us. We went out for lunch and came back at 2:30pm. after came back to hotel, they told us no rooms for us they cannot accommodate us and sent us away to a different hotel, which was far worse than the one I booked. It was very frustrated we travelled so far and very……
