Just what we needed

We had a reunion with some friends from Canada who wanted to see the arches. We were able to stay the night together, eat, play games, laugh and reminisce. The next day, we left early for a day at the arches. Your property was just what we needed.

Nice house and neighbor hood

I have stayed at this house many times it is just in need of a few updates. The barbecue needs to be rebuilt or replaced, and the frying pans are nonstick that are peeling and the master bedroom door needs a better shade on it to block the neighbors porch light.

Lovely home

We stayed for two nights and had a very nice experience. Dan was very responsive to any questions. Only concern is the backyard is not usable due to water drainage issues and closeness to the highway. House itself is clean and comfortable!

This home was very clean and well appointed. The photo did not show that the backyard faces the major road thru town and is quite noisy, even in the bedrooms. The pool was small and filled with splashing children.

The house was absolutely amazing! It was very clean and as pictured, and the kitchen had everything needed to make a number of meals. Would definitely stay here again. One warning: the house backs up to a decently major road, and you can hear road noise in the bedrooms.

The house was perfect for our needs! Just a few min outside of the hustle of “downtown” Moab, a quiet retreat from a day packed with adventure. Moab is such a cool spot, we rafted, mtn biked, hiked, went off-roading, jet boating…what a trip! Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes/cookware and lots of spices! Only a couple minor bummers, hot tub was under construction and unusable, pool was quite small so was often too busy to use (but it was lovely and warm for cool days!), and no sponge or brush to wash dishes. Beds were great for kids, main bed has extremely soft/plush mattress, not great support but cozy. But these are minor things that didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the house and our vacation. We will definitely be back and will surely look-up Dan’s place again!
