Fantastic stay!
Our stay was fantastic! Room was great, spacious with a King bed, 2 armchairs plus table and 2 chairs, pod coffee machine, large bathroom vanity, good quality linen and towels plus little extra things such as bathrobes, dental kit and bottled water, which you would not normally get in a motel. A ceiling fan was a big plus too to avoid having AC running at night. This motel is definitely our new choice when visiting Echuca-Moama and I highly recommend for both short and longer stays. Great location too!

As a visually impaired traveler, I often require a little bit of extra help, and the hostess Delwin was extremely gracious, courteous and helpful. She has an excellent knowledge of the area and was able to make my stay even better. I particularly like the swimming pool on these hot days. Thank you.

Spacious studio with modern, tasteful fittings. Excellent counter space in the kitchen and bathroom, several towel rails. Very convenient accommodation.

Sorry to see this review, as you can see by previous reviews cleaning has always come up tops, unfortunately you did not contact me with your concerns during your visit as I would gladly have rectified and been able to give feed back to our staff. By the time this review hit the room had been cleaned twice. I have passed your comments onto the staff

Nice motel
Our two nights stay here was great. The bed was comfortable, shower was good with good pressure and parking was at the front door. Close to Moama bowling club and a pub for eating options. Would stay again when in the area. Recommended.

Friendly owners, very clean , smells nice. Beds very comfy and no white towels (very smart). Close to town and pubs, clubs within walking distance. Great coffee next door.

I am sorry your experience with us was not up to expectations, unfortunately sometimes with new staff some things will get missed, had you bought any of these to my attention during your stay they would easily have been sorted. As you can see by previous reviews this is not our normal standard,we work hard to give our guests a good experience

The room we were given was beautiful. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious, whilst the motel itself was located in a convenient location. Staff were friendly. Only minor issue I would have was the shower head was the size of a 5c piece, but overall it was a wonderful stay. Would recommend.

Have stayed at this property before which is why we decided to stay again. Obviously must have been a change of ownership as a few little things were different. No breakfast this time and no Wi-Fi. Strange l was more upset about the WiFi than breakfast, because l had a bit to do on my computer. The people were lovely and everything else was perfect.

Thank you for your feedback. The present owners have been at the Golden River Motor Inn for nearly 4 years. The decision to not do breakfasts was made due to staff shortages in the area and a new cafe opening just 2 x doors away as well as the hotel opening for breakfast. Did you contact staff re the WIFI as we do not have many problems with this, we do find sometimes when putting the password in a s is left off, we would be more than happy to discuss this with you if you wish to contact us

This motel is absolutely fine. The owner was more than happy to book me in early, when sudden rain put a damper on outdoor activities. Everything worked well. Don’t despair at the size of the shower head, the smallest I’ve ever seen, it really works well, excellent water pressure. The bathroom itself is very spacious. I would happily stay here again.

Been staying in this area for many years for work and socially. Have stayed here before some time ago but evreything has been either refurbed or changed as wiould recommend above many others. Clean, accommodating, room has all you need. Shower was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Golden River Motor Inn was just wonderful. Jackie went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast menu is very reasonably priced and times are good. Totally recommend.

Weekend Getaway.
Stay was great, check in fast and easy, parking outside rooms, rooms were spacious and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing we would recommend is better lighting. There are plenty of lights but bulbs are poor and rooms dull with lights on. Replace the old bulbs with LEDs and that would be great.
