Staff was excellent. Property could use some cleaning and upgrading. The wall a/c outside our room was falling apart could use some work. Large stains by the bed were noticeable, mold was seen behind and next to the refrigerator, lamp on desk did not have a nob on it for turning on and off, elevator was out of service which was not convenient for elderly and carrying bags to your room. Someone with a key opened the door about an hour after we arrived. The only thing that them out was the safety chain on the door😝. The day we checked out the desk manager was up stairs cleaning rooms due to being under staffed😝.

The staff and the beds are really comfortable. The hotel is quiet for the most part and i appreciate that overall it is mostly the staff that makes this a worthwhile stop & sleep

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. It did not have a fitness room. It was full of matresses piled to the ceiling.It was not a hot breakfast buffet as advertised. There were not plugs for sink or tub.The tub was slick.The man at check in was helpful & friendly. The breakfast attendant was not friendly.

They could offer a little more bariety and maybe some fresh fruit with the breakfast. But overall every stay here has been confortable and any issues were adressed promotly. The staff is helpful and theyvwork hard and do the best that they can to assure that they are providing the best stay possible to us as guests thank you
