Located 50 m from the beach of Marina di Modica, the apartment offers direct access to the beach on foot through a pedestrian passage reserved for our guests. Keys Orange is a duplex apartment. On the ground floor there is the living area with kitchen fully equipped with all appliances such as dishwasher and oven, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee machine, kitchen utensils; dining room with flat screen TV, sofa bed for two people; bathroom with shower; laundry corner with washing machine. From the main veranda, equipped with a small table and outdoor sofas, you have access to the apartment in the kitchen area and from the opposite side there is another access to the house with a small balcony where you can use a sink and an external shower reserved for guests staying in the 'apartment. On the upper level there is the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a balcony overlooking the sea; small bedroom with single bed and single sofa bed and a second bathroom with shower.
