「Excellent experience」

「Cool decor and hotel theme. Room was generous size. Helpful and friendly staff. We had a room on the 6 floor with a city view. We could hear the guests in the next room watching tv and talking (clear enough to hear every word).. however this may be due to the old building/windows.」

「We stayed in suite #8. It was beautiful and very roomy. It had all the amenities one could need and it was quiet and comfortable despite being right next to the hotel’s restaurant (which was delicious). There are just a few small things that needed tending to and the customer service response to help us with those were very quick. 「Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.」

「Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.」

「The hotel was nice but the problem is at check in we were told it was from 7-10 along with a lot of other people. They started shutting it down at 9. The sign in breakfast area says it’s over at 9 so staff told everyone wrong time. Then there was a homeless guy sleeping and drolling at breakfast which was disgusting. Elevator stopped working during our stay. I know things happen but still aggravating.」
