“Mostly a very good experience. The property is physically very close to the Innere Stadt with very easy tram/subway connections that can have you at Stephansplatz in under 15 minutes. That said, it is located in a very quiet residential area with limited food/drink/nightlife options immediately adjacent. (If you’re looking for “close to city, but quiet,” this is ideal). Communication with host was good, and the check-in package of info was excellent. (It’s not a hotel… no staff on site). ……

“Leider entsprachen die Bilder aus dem Netz gar nicht der Realität. Die hygienischen Zustände und insgesamt die versprochenen Räumlichkeiten, sind selbst für einen Junggesellabschied unzumutbar. Als wir ankamen, waren die Fenster auf, dieses erfreute die Tauben der Umgebnung, die dementsprechend das Zimmer zugekotet hatten. Es befand sie auch nach der Reinigung?? Spritzenbesteck auf dem Boden. Auch das Badezimmer, entsprach nicht den Bildern. Nach dem erlebten , haben wir die Unterkunft er gar……

“My room is spacious and very clean, with a large wardrobe for storage. The building also offers a well‑equipped gym. Breakfast is simple yet delicious, which I enjoy a lot. The metro stations are within walking distance, making travel convenient. From time to time, you can take a pleasant walk along and across the Danube. The rooftop is open to residents, providing a beautiful view of the city.”

“It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided.The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment.”
