「My nephew got married in a venue in Mulberry and we needed a place to spend the night. Tammy was very helpful and friendly. Tammy quickly responded to all my requests/inquiries and was very helpful. It's about 5 minutes from the main road, but it's a quiet neighborhood. It's safe area and very affordable!」

「Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! 」

「We loved staying here! The cabin is beautiful and cozy. Everything is as it is in the pictures. They said we didn’t have to do anything for the checking out process. We stayed here for our anniversary and my boyfriend (now fiancée) even found an adorable place on the property to propose! Definitely would recommend this place and stay here again. 」

"The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish "
