This Fully air-conditioned apartment is on 1st floor, accessed by steps, with nobody above, it is fully air-conditioned, has 2 bedrooms and Sleeps 4 adults and 1 child (under 11 years). There are two terraces both with stunning sea views. Underground parking, Wifi - Movistar Fibre.

A two minute walk to the beach front, main supermarkets and the commercial centre

ACCOMODATION:
A Lounge / Dining Room with comfortable furniture, International IPTV and Hi-fi with CD player, doors leading to terraces.

BEDROOMS:
Master Bedroom with Super-King Size bed, Air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, with plenty of hangers, en-suite bathroom with Bath with shower over, with screen to make it enclosed, wc and bidet.

2nd Bedroom with Super-King Size bed with Air conditioning and a fitted wardrobes, with plenty of hangers.

BATHROOMS:
A Main Bathroom - Bath with shower over, with screen to make it enclosed, wc and bidet.
Main bedroom has en suite

The terraces offer outside dining, breathtaking sea views. A fully equipped Kitchen with Fridge freezer, Hob, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Iron & Ironing Board and plenty of cooking equipment. Bed linen & towels are provided.

Mojacar is very child friendly Offering several children's play areas and football, child welcoming restaurants, and many events throughout the year.

Could easily be improved

Firstly i need to make it clear we had a lovely stay. The size and layout of the apartment is really good. A few easy fixes would improve first impressions. Replace the threadbare cushions. Take down 1980s cheap mismatched pictures, change plastic table coverings for cotton table clothes or glass.
