"I’m rating this negatively because of my experience in getting the keys of the booked room. I know I booked the room at the very last moment, but the hotel had a very poor out-of-hours check-in service. I had to call the property seeking my room information and was only told at that time that due to a hotel policy, I should provide my credit card information for a security deposit, and I had no access to my credit card at that time but could provide the info in 15 mins; however, the reception was closing in five minutes. Leaving me with no option and requesting an alternative solution. I was told that a security bond would be exempted and I would get the keys. On arrival with my family, including my two-year-old son, I had no information about my room or any check-in information. I had to call security, which took some time, and we waited in the car for so long outside the motel before security arrived and looked for my room keys inside. I just want to ask the motel or Expedia to flag these weird motel policies before taking the booking and payment deduction so the customer can make an informed decision and avoid being left in such a situation."

"The house was clean and comfortable, and suited our group of eight adults very well. Lots of living space inside, and also outside (we loved picking apples and pears that were growing abundantly in the trees in the front garden)."

"Clean comfortable. Good little kitchen. With salt pepper sauces etc. Some cereal etc if you didn’t take your own. Coffee sugar tea. Milk in the fridge. We were working just in Glenorchy, so perfect for 3 men. (Or great for families). Nice views. Leave your shoes outside! Great stay. Thanks. "

"My family & i were presently surprised by the house as the photos did not give the property justice..its much nicer in person...especiallythe view.the lay out was well equipped, & planned & had everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Good location with Hobart a short drive , & excellent meals at the nearby York Hotel.I would definitely return to stay at this property..."

"This double bedsit unfortunately lacked some basic facilities including a basin, fridge, cutlery, crockery or decent pillow. The nearby flat had screaming children day and night.There were some privacy issues. It was an ordinary stay."
