"Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. "Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome."

"We met the owner upon arrive and where made to feel very welcome. The beautiful grounds, house and location was perfect. The family rooms were huge and perfect for little ones. The hot tub and games room was well equipped along with the kitchen. We bumped into the owners family down by the river and were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Thank you"

"Farm is quite remote but beautifully situated 1200 feet above the Bristol Channel. Very roomy and charming. Very comfortable facilities and lovely, helpful hosts. Fresh eggs for breakfast from the friendly chickens! A bench overlooking the sea for our happy hour, wonderful walks to interesting and ancient places. Lots of wildlife - deer, pheasant, grouse, wild ponies up on the nearby moor. We'd love to return."
