We stayed at the hotel for three days and had a room on the second floor of the house. The room was bright, private, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed. Waking up to a lovely breakfast each morning was a delightful bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its facilities, especially the swimming pool, which provided a perfect escape from the afternoon heat.

The first night we had to sleep in a room in an unbelievable condition, with a disgusting smell. Before we even entered the room the staff already apologised to us - every staff member knew about the condition of the room and the hotel still offered it to us. The second night we got a new room, which was very nice. When checking out I asked for a discount for the first room, which was however not offered to us. This is the reason why this review only has two stars.

El cuarto doble que me tocó, me pareció muy incómodo, el baño con una palma en la ducha, súper incómodo pues me bañé con el agua de la lluvia que caía en el baño. Les falta servicio en general, creo que hay mejores hoteles

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca a restaurantes, la piscina es muy agradable para pasar la tarde cuando las temperaturas suben a mas de 40 grados. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, sobre todo limpio y su personal tiene la mejor disposición para que la estadía sea memorable. El desayuno es rico compartirlo entre otros turistas de diferentes nacionalidades que hacen que el lugar sea mágico.
