不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
I recently booked a Superior Double Room with Balcony at Chateau Eza Hotel through Expedia, expecting to enjoy the beautiful sea and mountain views as shown in the hotel's official photos and Expedia’s listing. Based on these images, I was willing to pay EUR 590.40 per night for this experience.
However, upon checking into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find that at least six large sun umbrellas were tightly positioned together, completely blocking the view from the balcony. This significant obstruction was nowhere reflected in the official images or booking platform, making it misleading and unfair to guests who travel far and pay a premium for an unobstructed view.
This misrepresentation is deeply frustrating and does not align with the expectations set by your advertisements. I kindly request a compensation or a resolution, as I believe transparency and accuracy in hotel listings are essential for customer trust.
Additionally, I would appreciate clarification regarding how such misleading representations are addressed to prevent future guest dissatisfaction. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.
