“Très propre”

“Check was a nightmare & caused by staff. Not one room was clean until 3 so everyone that had arrived anytime before checkin was directed to wait until 3, line was ridiculous. Room gave us what we needed, a roof over our head. The beds were awful, pillow top mattresses were turned upside down for us to sleep on the mattress bottom. Our stay could have been much better if staff had of wanted that. We were given wrong hours for breakfast and missed it Sunday morning. Saturday morning we were up……
