Amazing Views and Two Kayaks Ready to Use!

Come to the lake! This spacious one-bedroom top (third) floor condo unit is uniquely located between the Napoli By the Lake Restaurant and a large outdoor swimming pool, right on the water with a guest boat dock. Fantastic views of the lake from the large deck! Sleeps two adults and two small children (under three). This charming, modern end unit has water on two sides, a large master bedroom with king bed and water views, woodburning fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and a wraparound deck with a direct view across the lake. You have the use of a fully furnished kitchen, fully stocked bar area, large bedroom, living room with sectional sofa, and dining area. Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets are available upon request. And the view in the morning and at sunset from the deck is truly spectacular!
The following amenities are provided to all guests during their stay at Bernard's Landing Resort. There is an Amenities Electronic key card you will receive once you check into the condo:

I have two kayaks available that already have resort decals that you can use free or charge. If you bring your own kayaks or canoes you will need to buy decals to use them on the property. They are $5.00 per night.
Beach with Umbrellas and Volleyball Court
Tennis and Pickleball Courts.
The wood burning fireplace is available Oct 1 - May 1. Starter blocks are provided.
Please keep in mind that this is a penthouse (third floor) condo with no elevator so you will need to walk up and down stairs.

We recently enjoyed a winter stay at this beautiful condo on Smith Mountain Lake, and it was absolutely perfect! The property was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing retreat. The lake views from the balcony were stunning, even in the winter months, and provided such a peaceful atmosphere.The condo’s fireplace added a warm and inviting touch, making it the perfect spot to curl up with a book or just unwind . The kitchen was stocked with provisions and the hosts went above with all the additional supplies, games, toiletries, even outdoor gear to ensure your stay is memorable. The location was ideal—close enough to restaurants and shops but still quiet enough to feel like a true escape. The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the scenic winter beauty of Smith Mountain Lake, this condo is a fantastic choice. Second time booking the property

We enjoyed this rental so much last year for a girls weekend that we booked it a second time! We had a great time in Bernards Landing. The host is quick with his responses and super helpful. I knew I didn’t need to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash because it was all provided. Slippers and spa robes were also provided. I love this condo!

Great getaway!

We had an amazing time staying here for a quick getaway. Communication with our host was terrific. The property was clean and comfortable and had very nice amenities, such as drinks, snacks, bathroom necessities and linens. We were very impressed that our host thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The neighborhood was very nice and the views from the property were amazing from sun up to sun down. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Smith Mtn Lake Summer time fun

This was a lovely one bedroom unit with a great view of the water from a third floor balcony. A bonus of kayaks being available for us was really what sold the deal! Very well stocked unit with special little touches that made up feel right at home. Our host was wonderful. He really cares about his unit and wants everyone to have a great time.

32nd Wedding Anniversary

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 32nd Wedding Anniversay!! The condo was absolutely perfect!! Very clean, well decorated, and fully stocked. The views from the condo were stunning. We docked our boat and the distance from the dock to the condo were just a few steps away. We fished, napped, relaxed and unwinned. The food and atmosphere at Napoli by the Lake, Vinny's and Mangos was oustanding. Will definietly book again!! I can't say enough good things about this condo. Quiet place and everyone was friendly.

The Perfect Getaway

The host thought of everything, and more. The condo has a beautiful view, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked...I couldn't have asked for anything more. My daughter and I launched our paddleboard and kayak from the dock right behind the property. We had an amazing and relaxing time. We will definitely be back.
