Inside, you`ll find an elegantly decorated home that draws on earth tones and natural fibers to create a cozy cabin feel. This eclectic design provides an intimate atmosphere for relaxation or socializing. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, offering two queens, one on the primary level and the other upstairs. The third room holds two full beds, accommodating up to six guests. Please note as much as we love animals, this property is not pet-friendly.

A functional kitchen (note: no dishwasher- but that is what your husband`s for) with the bonus of an outdoor gas grill steps away will make dinner a snap. Afterward, gather around the fire pit to relish memories of the day that will last a lifetime. We provide two paddleboards for thrill-seekers and water lovers so that you can take advantage of the lake right at your doorstep. And for those who love a sweet treat, keep your ears open for the familiar melody of the ice cream boat that comes by seasonally.

Despite its secluded feel, this lake house is conveniently located near the grocery store, various restaurants, and retail stores. After a day out, unwind in our lower-level movie and game room, equipped with Wi-Fi and foosball for your entertainment.

House Rules for Your Stay

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
