One queen sized bedroom & Lazyboy sleep sofa in living room. Queen Size Air mattress also available. Just bring your personal items, beach towels & favorite pillow if desired (nice bamboo covered pillows provided). Shower Dispenser just installed with Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash.
Beautiful Sunsets! Condo & deck overlooks the Olympic sized swimming pool, which is situated below, right on the lake. Pool is normally open between Memorial Day & Labor Day. The owners, on premises, boat slip is currently available for you to use during your stay if needed. Currently offering a reduced rate of $10.00 per night (normally $15.00)! Owner leases this on-site slip for $800.00 a year, so it will be available during your stay if you need it. Boat ramp on site for your use & parking for your trailer. Tags for trailer & boat parking are required by the POA to avoid towing & are provided by owner. You are free to use the boat ramp & parking area if boat slip rental/use is not desired. If you lease the boat slip or trailer a boat to use the ramp, this additional information will be provided to you. Boat slip fee is not automatically added, so let me know if it is needed & so I can adjust the fee onto your rate quote. If you already booked the condo & now need it, I can send you an invoice for its use.
Stripers Landing Condos are located on Gills Creek near mile marker G-10 at SML & super convenient to Westlake Town Center & SML Restaurants.
This cozy top floor getaway offers one of the best lake views in the development, from the center of the left condo building (1085 Bluewater Dr. Moneta, VA.).
