Great house with amenities to keep four boys occupied for a long weekend. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen to fuel the weekend. Lake is lovely and the dock easy to access. The porch is great for enjoying the sights and sounds.

The house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Bridgewater Plaza and easy water access out into the main lake. Nice to have the boat in a somewhat protected place so it didn’t bang around on the dock. Property manager was great and reached out to us right away after we booked

We had a large group travel to the Lynchburg area to play disc golf at a bunch of the local courses, including New London Tech, which hosted the World Championships in 2024. The house was centrally located to the courses and close to amenities that we needed after long days of playing, such as restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The game room kept the group entertained in the evening and there was plenty of space for all 9 to sleep. We did have an issue with loose stones on the right side of the driveway. I could see someone getting stuck if they are not careful.

We had an amazing stay at the house. The house is spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were accommodating and comfortable. The kids had a blast in the downstairs with the DVDs, air hockey and pool table. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The dock was in a tucked away cove allowing for uninterrupted swimming. There was plenty of life jackets and floats in the bin. The lake itself is gigantic! Great for site seeing, tubing and fishing which we did just about the whole trip! Location was great as it's close to stores and restaurants.

We stayed at the house on Smith Mountain Lake for our family Thanksgiving. There was 10 of us and plenty of space. We had a great time lounging at the house and also taking the very short drive into town. Very convenient location! This home is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. We hope to go back in the summer!

This was our 2nd stay in this house. It is located in a very quiet cove with deep water suitable for swimming and fishing. We spent most of the time on the dock which has nice covered area to keep yourself cool in summer heat. The house was very clean, cozy, with plenty of space to spread after a day in the sun and water. Covered screened deck off the kitchen level is very nice to have , protects from elements, rain and moscitoes.

We had a great girls weekend at this house. The house was setup well for a larger group. The kitchen has great counter space for preparing and serving. The couches are big and very comfortable. Very comfortable beds too! This home is convenient to everything - just minutes to grocery stores, Bridgewater Plaza and several restaurants. A lot of memories made and we will definitely make a trip back and stay at this home again!

My family traveled from 3 different states to stay together. The house was perfect. Enough space for everyone. The weather wasn't the best, but we were able to enjoy the fire pit, dock, lake, and games. Perfect location and quick drives to restaurants, arcade, mini golf, and grocery stores. Your house was beautiful. We enjoyed our family weekend very much. I loved drinking my coffee on the porch swing early morning while watching the water. So relaxing! The inside is very charming and inviting. My family enjoyed the game room. Everything we needed was provided. The host was easy to communicate with prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again! Great location...quick to restaurants, grocery stores, and boat rental Quiet deep cove great for swimming and non motorized activities. Beds are comfy. Homeowner is very friendly and quick to repond. This was a birthday gift to my husband. This home was at the end of a short quiet cove which would have little to no boat traffic during the summer months with the exceptions of the other homes within the cove. The wrapped screened in porch/deck was great. This home had all the amenities and was bright, clean, roomy and very welcoming.

This house is laid out beautifully for a big family to vacation in. It has plenty of beds and bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, big kitchen and dining area and TV rooms. There is a TV room upstairs and downstairs and a pool table and foosball game. Lots of DVD movies to watch. The upstair porch is so nice since it is screened in and the downstair porch is open. Stairs down to the dock and a nice quiet corner of the lake.

We were here for our daughter’s wedding and it worked out perfectly! Only 2 complaints, first construction going on early next door, and part of screen porch by door ripped up letting flies in and our dog out. Otherwise the house looks loved and was well equipped with everything you need! We would certainly come back!
