「Air conditioning excellent, parking lot did not feel secure, several used boats for sale, men smoking at door, men gathered outside at back building, noises during night, did not feel safe.」

Not the hotel fault, but on the second day we were there, a dog started yelping at 6 and didn’t stop until 6:45. Also not your fault but went to use the washer & dryer and someone had their laundry in the wash, sat around for 2 1/2 hours waiting to use the washer , a guy came and said oh it must be my cousins, he pulls the laundry out and pulls a lighter out of the back...

「Building and rooms dated and not well maintained. No phones in rooms. Housekeeping on request only and they don't make your bed. No buffet breakfast everyday, weekdays a la carte and in average more expensive than lunch or dinner. No refrigerator ($20 per day) nor microwave. Restaurant dinner anounced until 9pm , until you find that on Sundays it closes at 8pm (not anounced anywhere). Our bathroom had a broken acrylic window, never fixed even in requested several times. 「Check-in was quick. Employee was friendly. Elevators were quick and clean. Room was spacious and clean and came with coffee maker and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Window black-out blinds worked well. Water pressure in the shower was good. The only disappointment was the lack of healthy breakfast options.」

「You can tell this place has been recently renovated and it looks great! The room was super clean and super spacious. It was in a nice quiet area despite being relatively close to the highway! Our only downfall is the pillows had no volume (for our liking) and when we asked for 2 more , were informed they had no extra pillows on property for us to use. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Virginia area, we'd just bring our own pillows to be a smidge more comfortable!」
