「環境幽靜，服務很好，大堂職員主動有禮。迎賓館鐵板燒食物精緻美味，廚師介紹及廚藝一流。溫泉樂樂設施很齊全，適合老中青活動，唯地磚/防滑墊很刺腳，路天位置亦很盪腳，可改善一下。」

「毕竟旅店已经上年头了。有点旧。不过卫生各方面都保持的非常好。露天浴室地板有点翘起来了。卫生间有点异味。谢谢」

「It's value of money. We enjoyed the food and the complimentary wine/sake/beer/drinks. The public onsen baths were clean and tranquil, with one overlooking Mount Fuji. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended!」

「It’s a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms. The traditional dinner was splendid while the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food with some uncommon delicacies. The environment is also comfy with great views. It’s just that not so convenient in terms of its location. Takes a 10-min slightly uphill walk from the train station. Can be tiring in summer. However, shuttle bus service can be arranged in fact. Can ask for help with the arrangement at the information center on the ground floor...

「位置非常方便，面對早川，櫻花季節酒店前即可欣賞到櫻花～酒店內設施齊全，入住時職員非常親切帶路介紹各個地方和設施，最喜歡面對河川的戶外足湯、大浴場和禮品店。我們的早晚餐都在房裡進行，有一位管家照顧，熟知酒店和餐飲食材，每餐細心介紹豐富食物，亦會非常友善和我們聊幾句。這次住宿非常放鬆，隨時可以享受溫泉，餐飲非常美味。謝謝管家的悉心照顧，我們很開心到河鹿莊住宿！希望將來可以買到河鹿莊特製的餐前酒，真的一試難忘！」
