The property was very well equipped for our family of eleven .

Excellent location, perfect for groups

The scenery of a quiet lake in the morning, breathtaking. Spacy rooms, most with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Nice pool. To be honest, the interior was a bit outdated. Villa Dolce Garda deserves an update. The location is superb, the basis of the villa is also perfect, but a bit of modernazation could do wonders. Also, Wifi outside (esp. by the pool and on the roof terrace) would be a big plus!

Das ist ein wunderschönes Haus, direkt am See mit eigenem Strand. Ein riesengroßer, sauberer Swimmingpool und Tennisplatz. Es ist genug Platz im Haus. Schöne Terrassen zum Geniessen, ruhige Toplage. Wir wurden herzlichst von der Agentur empfangen, alle Wünsche wurden bestens erfüllt.

HOLIDAYGARDA have been excellent to deal with thank you. The Villa is in a fantastic location and the space both inside and outside the property is brilliant. The property is ideally located but in need of some renovation (not a lot) which would make this location truly spectacular

Das Haus besitzt eine Traumlage und ist überdurchschnittlich groß. Besonders die vielen überdachten Sitzmöglichkeiten und die Dachterrasse insbesondere sind beeindruckend. Der Pool ist mit Sprungturm für Kinder exzellent. Eigener separater Seezugang und Tennisplatz für Hobbyspieler runden das Angebot ab. Technische Geräte in der Küche

Toller Blick auf den Gardasee, sehr schöne Dachterrasse und Sehr großes, sauberes Schwimmingpool.

Sehr großes Haus mit sehr guter Lage, das gute Wetter kann vom Frühstück bis zum Abendbrot optimal genutzt werden. Der Schwimmingpool ist sehr groß und ermöglicht somit ein sehr entspanntes Schwimmerlebnis. Die Bäder könnten ein wenig Modernisierung vertragen, ansonsten optimaler Familienurlaubsort.

Top-Lage, Top-Konzept!

Die Bebauung des Hanggrundstücks ist so genial, dass man von der komplizierten Hanglage eigentlich nichts mehr mitbekommt. Eingangs der Tennisplatz (der leider seine besten Jahre schon lange hinter sich hat, aber das weiss man ja vorher, wird auch so beschrieben), auf der nächsten Ebene der richtig gute und mit dem Sprungturm für Kinder optimale Pool und unter dem Tennisplatz ein Poolhaus mit Duschen und WC, dann das Haus mit einer fantastischen Sonnenterrasse als Dach und somit auf einer Ebene mit dem Pool, darunter in den Hang reingebaut das Haus mit zwei Stockwerken. Spektakuläre Ausblicke auf den See von den Terrassen und den Schlafzimmern aus, kaum zu beschreiben, durch die riesigen Fensterfronten erst richtig bombastisch. Auf dem Abstieg zum See noch eine Waschküche und Dusche/WC für die Seeschwimmer. Der Zugang zum See mit kleinem Kiesstrand, kaum andere Menschen in der Nähe. Vor der Haustür noch eine grosse Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit, unter dem Dach der Sonnenterrasse gelegen, somit zu jeder Tageszeit angenehm schattig und mit Grillgelegenheit ausgestattet. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch die liebenswerte, immer freundliche und enorm hilfsbereite Novelle von Holidaygarda. Stellvertretend sei hier erzählt, dass sie nach einem Sturm innerhalb von zehn Minuten da war und uns mit den ausgefallenen Sicherungen half. Vielen Dank nochmal auf diesem Wege, Novelle!!! Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Verbesserungswürdig sind die Bäder, die sollten dringend renoviert werden. Nicht funktionierende Abflüsse in den Duschen, alles etwas alt und langsam unappetitlich. Nicht unsauber, aber eben echt alt. Zum Duschen bin ich ins Poolhaus gegangen, da funktionierte wenigstens das Warmwasser und der Abfluss.

Ein Traum am Gardasee

Wer das Plätschern der Wellen des Gardasees und die unmittelbare Nähe zum See schätzt, hat hier seinen Traum gefunden. Über mehrere Etagen ist das Haus auf den See in östlicher Richtung ausgerichtet. Faszinierend ist der obere Garten mit Tennisplatz, wunderschönem gut gepflegten großen Schwimmbad und eine herrliche Liege- und Sonnenterrasse zum See hin. Nirgends kann man seinen abendlichen Aperitif schöner genießen. Sehr angenehm waren auch die sehr gute Klimaanlage für die Räume zur Sonne hin. Die abendliche Ruhe über dem See war wunderbar erholsam. Selbst ein in der Nähe liegender Campingplatz wurde nicht gehört. Die Bäder entsprechen dem Stil der Achtziger Jahre. Bei Problemen wurde sofort durch den Hausmeister Abhilfe geschaffen. Das Mülltrennungssystem muss sorgfältig studiert werden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Haus buchen!

Fantastisches Objekt, Super Blick, direkt am See

Die Villa ist fantastisch gelegen , hat einen super Blick über den See, eine riesige Sonnenterasse , einen großen Pool , ein großes Grundstück und jede Menge Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Das Objekt ist rundum fantastisch ausgestattet, lediglich die Badezimmer könnten etwas Erneuerung vertragen. Novella , von der Agentur war stets sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Villa Dolce Vita auf jeden Fall gern weiterempfehlen.
