“Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. ”

“I was in Pittsburgh for the 35th annual IABD conference, hosted at the Westin. Events held at the Pittsburgh Ballet Center, Point Park Conservatory, Benedum Center. The house was 5 min away from everything! Grocey store arriund tge corner!”

“The apartment was nearly identical to the photos and in a great location perfect for young adults with quick access to bars and restaurants. All of the major areas (lawrenceville, shady side, north shore, the strip district) are quick uber/lyft rides away. The apartment was comfortable and easily slept 4 of us (one had to stay on the couch). The upstairs could get a little warm during the nights but AC was available. Overall would definitely stay here again.”

“This was a lovely but very tiny house. Although the listing is very clear we underestimate the space we would need for two adults, an adult-sized teen, and a dog. Our fault we felt cramped! The location was perfect and we think it would be the perfect space for a couple and even a family with a smaller kiddo. It was cool and comfortable and met all our needs. ”

“We met our oldest and our daughter in law to take in a Mets vs Pirates game. This property was a great location for our weekend trip! Lots of fun bars/restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to scenic overlook and the Monongahela incline making it easier to get into downtown Pittsburgh. The place was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room. Streets are steep and narrow but once parked we left our cars and walked everywhere. Easy communication with host. Great……

“Great place to stay. Easy access from the highway. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Bathrooms were great. Nice little outside area in back with a firepit. Would absolutely stay again. ”

“The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!”

“This property was a short walk from family as we came for a funeral. Also near several miles of walking near the university and river area. Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless. ”

“The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”
