“From the outside it looks quite plain. But once inside, it is a beautiful seaside resort. There is a huge pool with sun decks by the pool and the seashore. There is no beach, but easy access to swim in the crystal clear water. The room is spacious. The only complaint is that the bed is not very comfortable. For breakfast, there s a very nice selection of things to eat, heavy on the pastries. I would stay here again! ”

“Samen met mijn vrouw 3 weken hier verbleven. Personeel was vriendelijk. Davide en zijn vrouw staan altijd voor je klaar. Kamer was erg schoon. Bed en kussens lagen goed. Badlakens en beddengoed worden op verzoek verschoond. Keuken van gemakken voorzien.
Achter de appartementen ligt een olijfboomgaard en een moestuin waar je van de rust en stilte van de Siciliaanse natuur kunt genieten. Dit is voor de gasten en hoort bij de accomodatie. Parkeren is geen probleem op eigen terrein.

“I had a fantastic stay at Casta Diva Luxury Apartments in the heart of Palermo. The location is excellent – right in the middle of the old town, with easy access to historical landmarks, local restaurants, and vibrant street life. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city on foot.
Communication with the host was seamless and very convenient. All interactions were handled quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp, making check-in and any questions during the stay hassle-free.

“We stayed at Villa Livia for three days and hosted our wedding there. It is beyond amazing, we were in awe of everything. The villa and grounds are 10 times better than the photos show. Every corner of the villa and guest houses are pristine and covered in antique furniture and artwork. The houses and grounds are huge. “We would like to thank Gaetano and Mary for helping to make our first trip to Sicily so memorable. Gaetano was always on hand if needed . He even showed us around the local town on our first afternoon to show us the best restaurants and the beach.
